Our week in the Country Living Pavilion at Burghley Horse Trials was absolutely fantastic! We were thrilled to showcase our collection of naturally hand-dyed textiles to visitors from all over. The charm of the pavilion perfectly complemented our products, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Customers were drawn to the unique colours and patterns of our textiles, each piece telling a story of its own. We thoroughly enjoyed engaging with customers, sharing the process behind our natural dyeing techniques and the inspiration behind our designs. The event was not only a great opportunity to connect with fellow artisans but also to connect with nature-loving customers who appreciated the beauty and sustainability of our products. We would like to give a MASSIVE shout-out to Nicola from Madder & Cutch. Nicola and her family hosted us all week and we thoroughly enjoyed coming home to home cooked meals, great conversation and cuddles with Ernie their pup. Nicola is also a natural dyer and has a wealth of knowledge, she is an expert in screen printing with natural dyes and produces beautiful printed linen, she’s even got a book coming out later this year so watch this space!
