Workshop - Natural Dyeing (Eco-print)

£65.00

Come and join us on Saturday September 14th from 2:30 - 5pm as we share our passion for natural colour and guide you through creating your very own silk neckerchief scarf (each scarf is approximately 50 x 50cm) or pair of linen napkins. After a lovely cuppa, and a short introduction into natural dyeing, specifically eco-printing, we will head out into the flower patch to collect flowers for your designs.

We’ll talk you through how to prepare the textile to ensure the colour forms a strong bond with it - an important step for any natural dyer.

In this two hour workshop (from 2:30-5pm), we will help guide you through the fascinating and enjoyable process of eco-printing with flowers. At the end you will have a beautiful silk scarf, or linen napkins, you can keep for many years to come.

Not available on the dates above? Don't worry! If you have a group of 4 or more and would like to organise a eco-print workshop, please do get in touch to discuss available dates.
